Vanadium is a stainless steel known for its improved toughness and steel strength as well as its increased wear-resistance. Vanadium knives are less prone to chipping than are other stainless-steel blade steels and take substantially longer to wear. This type of blade steel is great for individuals who rely on a few primary knives during their work day as the knives in this series are reliable, tough and durable. These knives come equipped with a waterproof and resin-infused black pakkawood handle for further durability and a stainless-steel bolster to improve balance and ease of use.
