Moribashi
Moribashi Chopsticks are traditionally known as plating chopsticks and are largely used by Japanese chefs for plating delicate ingredients with precision. Although formally only used in Eastern kitchens, the Moribashi have gained popularity over the years as a result of cultural diffusion, and are more frequently being used by Western chefs for Western cuisine as well.
