AN Series
Masamoto Sohonten’s AN series sports a blade steel crafted out of stainless steel. Stainless steel knives are largely durable, stain, wear and rust resistant, easy to sharpen/resharpen and are low maintenance knives. These knives are great for beginner cooks looking for a reliable knife on a budget. The handle on these knives is crafted out of black pakkawood that is imbued with resin for further durability and water resistance, and they don’t contain a bolster.
